Our apartment house is located near centre of Prague. All apartments are newly reconstructed and fully equipped. Apartments are on the 4th and 5th floor of an apartment building with a lift, with entrance from Seifertova avenue. The capacity of apartments is from 2 up 8 persons. The whole capacity is 34 persons (one apartment for up to 3 persons, two apartments for up to 5 persons, one apartment for up to 6 persons, two apartments for up to 8 persons). Downstairs in the apartment building is the stylish restaurant Sklep. We offer reasonable prices.
Apartments are 5 minutes walking distance or 2 tram stops to Wencelass Square and Prague city centre. There is a stylish restaurant SKLEP situated in the same building which provides 5% discount for the apartment clients and breakfasts. Close by you can find lots of typical czech pubs, stylish restaurants and nice cafes, Riegrovy sady park with a big beer garden and children playground, futuristic Zizkov Tower - Prague's TV transmitter with 10 giant babies crawling up, and new shopping centre Palac Flora.
