The 1st of September year 1976, a new luxury hotel in madrid. Circa 1600 workers were employed, during three years, in the construction of this original parallelepipedo, that consists of a central building of 14 floors and two towers of 7 on its sides. EUESA was the company encharged of the construction.Thanks to the effort and ilusion of much people, the hotel Princesa Plaza was born.
The 30th of May 1991, Metrovacesa, owner of the establishment, signs a contract with the greater Spanish hotel group of family capital, Husa Group, in order to take care of the management from the 1st of June 1991, the hotel was called Husa Princesa and experienced the greater changes from its inauguration in 1976. A few months later the greatest refurbishment was made, equipping the hotel with the definitive structure that lives in our days.
In these ten years the hotel Husa Princesa has immersed in a dynamic of constant innovation. Its vocation to go ahead of the guests necessities has taken the hotel to make two global refurbishments, as permanent remodelings in its facilities, infrastructures.All with the purpose of guaranteeing the security and comfort of the hotel user.
