Two years ago the once popular hostel Železničarski dom was given a completely new look and now as Aparthotel Pohorje*** it offers quality accommodation in modern apartments as well as excellent food, among which excel seasonal local dishes from the Pohorje region and Stajerska cuisine. Guests may choose between board and accommodation or just renting an apartment. The apartments have a bedroom with two beds, a spacious bathroom with shower, a sitting room with a pullout bed and a kitchenette. The panoramic view is something special. The Drava-Ptuj plain, the Haloze hills along with the mountain Donačka gora, as well as the hills of Slovenske gorice can be seen, and on a clear day one can see as far away as Sljemena in Croatia.
