Our luxury Vienna Hotel is part of the city like the Opera House, the Prater ferry wheel, the Fiaker horse carriages and the Lipizzaner horses. Superior Rooms The rooms in the category are about 30 m2 large (approx. 322 sq.ft.) and offer all amenities of a 5-star luxury hotel. All rooms were carefully decorated with elaborate antiques and original paintings of renowned artists. The bathrooms are light and friendly.
Deluxe and Top Deluxe Rooms The rooms range between 35 to 50 m2 in size (376,74 to 538,2 sq.ft.), offering top-of-the-range luxury and comfort. In accordance with the tradition of our hotel, all rooms are individually furnished with luxurious furniture and art work. Have a seat in our inviting seating areas and enjoy the typical Sacher flair. Let us know if you have a favourite color, it is quite possible that we have a room furnished in it!
Junior Suites The Deluxe Junior Suites are among the most popular in our hotel. They are between 50 to 60 m2 (538,2 to 645,83 sq.ft.) large and are especially elegant. A junior suite combines living room and bedroom, which can be optically separated. Additionally, we offer on request comfortable seating areas, marble bathrooms with floor heating, separate showers and bath-tubs. Many of our regular guests have a favourite Junior Suite!
Executive Suite The new Executive Suites feature the very generous room size of 50 to 60 m2 (538 - 645 sq.ft.) and a particularly elegant decoration. An Executive Suite consists of a large bedroom, and additionally, a sitting area and terrace or a salon can be chosen. These new suites are available at the 7th floor. Furthermore, we offer our guests marble bathrooms with floor heating, as well as separate showers and bath tubs.
One Bedroom Suite The One Bedroom Suites are between 80 m2 and 90 m2 (861-968 sq.ft.) in size. They consist of one elegant bedrooms and a stylish parlour. They are all individually furnished with valuable antiques, original oil paintings and art work.
Two Bedroom Suites It’s the most luxurious way to reside in the Sacher! The One and Two Bedroom Suites are between 80 and 110 m2 (861 - 1184 sq.ft.) large. The luxurious suites consist of two bedrooms, a salon and bright marble bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with finest marble and floor heating. Also, we offer separate showers and bath-tubs. Each of suites has a unique style and offers a spectacular view to the Opera House.
Presidential Suite Madame Butterfly The Madame Butterfly Presidential Suite offers five elaborate and luxurious rooms in a generous space of 160 m2 (1722 sq.ft.). This suite features a large anteroom, a drawing-room, an eating and a conference room (for up to 10 people), a generous bedroom, dressing-room, office, a luxurious art-deco bathroom equipped with floor heating, a bath-tub for two, a separate shower and bidet as well as a separate guest toilet. Presidential Suite „Zauberflöte“ The Zauberflöte Presidential Suite was completely refurbished in September 2002. It has 165 m2 (1776 sq.ft.), which include: Two bedrooms and a living room, both offer a fantastic view onto Kärntnerstraße and the Staatsoper. It also has three marble baths, both with a separate shower and toilet. Because of its warm colours and exquisite antiques, the Zauberflöte suite is a favourite among artists and politicians. The Suite also offers: - a DVD-Player - a Dolby Surround System in all three rooms - a high-speed Internet.

Restaurant "Anna Sacher" The “Anna Sacher” restaurant features a collection of paintings by Anton Faistauer and Vienna’s first electric chandeliers. It reflects the charming glamour of the turn of the 19th/ 20th century, the “Jugendstil”. It was named after the Grande Dame of the Sacher dynasty. Our chef spoils our guests with international dishes, light and trendy food creations but also traditional Viennese Food. They may choose between two luxury 7-course menus, from which they either can enjoy several dishes or create their own 4-, 5- or 6-course menu.
Cafe Sacher Wien Experience the typical Viennese coffee house atmosphere at Café Sacher Wien and treat yourself to an Original Sacher-Torte and an Original Sacher Café. The Café Sacher at the Hotel Sacher is a glamorous meeting point for tourists and lovers of Austrian sweets alike. The Café Sacher is also the home of the world’s most famous chocolate cake, the Original Sacher-Torte. The cake’s success spread the reputation of the Café Sacher far beyond the borders of Austria. Until today, the recipe of the exquisite chocolate cake with a thin layer of apricot jam dating from 1832, is a well-kept secret. All cakes are produced in Sacher’s in-house bakery. Apart from the Original Sacher-Torte, the Café Sacher also offers a large variety of Austrian pastries and other typically Austrian dishes. Our guests also very much enjoy the conservatory, which faces the Opera. In the summer, the conservatory is transformed into a terrace.
Sacher Eck The Sacher Eck inside the Sacher Hotel is an elegant bar, appreciated for its modern architecture and friendly, bright atmosphere. It opened in April 2003. Here you can treat yourself to small Sacher snacks, a large variety of Austrian sweets and of course, the Original Sacher-Torte. The drinks menu not only includes many coffee, tea and chocolate treats, but also a range of 35 Viennese and Austrian wines not only served by the bottle but also by the glass. During the warm summer days we provide a generous terrace in the pedestrian zone of the Kärntner Strasse.

Here you can buy the Original Sacher-Torte and other Sacher specialities or have them sent to friends and families all over the world. It may be subdivided into two rooms by a flexible mirrored wall that preserves the generous, spacious feeling.
Salon Mayerling The name of this room hails from the magnificent Mayerling silverware on display in three showcases. Reason enough to choose it as a venue for a stylish cocktail reception or a festive, intimate lunch or dinner.
Salon Metternich Conferences and negotiations in Saloon Metternich have a long-standing tradition at Hotel Sacher. This luxurious room has capacities for up to 50 people, 26 people can take a seat at its long table. The adjacent "Schönbrunner Loge" offers enough space to relax with a cup of "Original Sacher Café".
Salon Karajan, Salon Prawy, Salon Gustav Mahler and Salon Richard Strauss Since August 2003, we have four new banquet rooms.
