The building today known as Hotel Congress, was designed to accomplish with a four-star western standard hotel.
The job was carried out by Infrastructures Division, Armenian Branch 2 years later the exciting and successful experience of Hotel Yerevan which restoration and reconstruction left everybody astonished.
The building itself is a mixture where Armenian traditional architectural feature and European construction technology are perfectly blended: pink tuff chiseled by Armenian masters, the glazed mirror facade along with external lighting make the building glamorous especially at night time, an outstanding palace in the center of Yerevan.
With its location set within a beautiful English Park just a few minutes walk from the central Republic Square, not very far from the motorway to the airport, Hotel Congress can be labeled as a city address in a country setting.
