Our Hotel was opened in 2002, January 7. The main part of the building has a history of 150 years old. The architectures tried their best to leave the style of its own. History`s touch appears throughout the Hotel.
Construction period lasted for 2 years, nothing has been overlooked to create the ultimate luxurious impression. The Hotel is marvelously well located right in the historical centre of the city, just a few steps away from the Republic Square and close to the city`s most exciting shopping and thoroughfare of Yerevan.
In 2004 Hotel undergoes full restoration, maintaining the integrity of the historic hotel while updating the amenities To the newest standards and guest expectations. All our 52 rooms and suites are specious and features deluxe amenities that will render a pleasant and memorable stay, providing comfort and convenience.
The entrance-hall, characterised by simple architectural design will leave you with an impression of grandness. The marvelous Eden Garden with ornamental plants has been decorated in modern style. Four high columns, enriched with Pompeian bronze sustain the arched ceiling. You will be attracted by the boldness of the colours, by the decoration, by the original, harmonious and charming design. The Hotel enjoyed instant acclaim and depicted a relaxed atmosphere concentrating on personal service.
