Whether to stimulate your metabolism, loosen tense muscles or simply to relax and regenerate, our wellness and health treatments are a refreshing time-out for your body, mind and soul. Allow for a few extra minutes rest after your massage to best optimize the soothing effect of the treatment. We recommend a timely reservation for all treatments.
Classic massage The classic massage relaxes the body and enhances the general feeling of well-being. The specific application of varying strengths of pressure-, knead- and circular motion stimulates your metabolism, supports the regeneration of your muscles and has a positive effect on your nervous system. Upon request, your personal choice of essential oils will be added to the massage oil mixture to further enhance the pleasant and liberating effect of the classic massage.
Reflectory foot massage The entire organism is reflected on our feet. It is the goal of the reflectory foot massage to stimulate a person’s self-healing power. The specific application of pressure- and stroking techniques supplies weak organs with energy and soothes overactive ones. As a result, the entire organism is being positively influenced, the circulation and the glandular activity supported, nervous impulse blockades undone and the person’s healthy balance re-established.
Manual lymph drainage The manual lymph drainage is a special and very soft form of treatment with which the lymphatic vessel system in the entire body is being supported and stimulated. Fine, slow and rhythmic circular movements with the fingers and the palm of one’s hand improve the drainage of the tissue fluid over the lymphatic system. This treatment is recommended to re-balance hyperacidity, improve vein problems and reduce oedema (swellings). In addition, lymph drainage strengthens the body’s immune system and has a general pleasant and soothing effect.
Original LaStone Therapy® A warming foot bath at the beginning gets you just into the right mood for this unique combination of a whole body massage and energy treatment. A special oil mixture is then being rubbed on your body to be followed by a massage with hot lava (60°) and cold marble stones (0°). The different temperatures as well as the vitalizing effects of the stones mobilize your organism. During the massage, stones are positioned on and under your body to put soft pressure on the energy centers (chakras) which allows for an especially deep relaxation.
Spinal cord massage after Breuss This soft and healing form of back massage with St. John’s wort oil over the entire spinal cord helps release external tension and inner blockades. The spinal cord is carefully stretched and fine pressure movements loosen the surrounding muscles. The active substances of the St John’s wort have a calming effect on the nervous system. Tissue paper over the spinal cord supports this effect by keeping the warmth inside the body. The massage is finished with the laying on of hands which allows for an especially deep relaxation.
Bath & sauna The hotel’s private swimming pool is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. The sauna is made available to you upon prior reservation. During your time booked, you will enjoy absolute privacy in this area. Choose among many wonderful and high-quality essential oil mixtures for the the sauna and let their fragrance enchant you senses.
