Getting from the airport to Canal Hotel is a breeze. For only 1500 Icelandic kr. (about €17), the hotel can arrange for transportation from the airport to our door. Let us know a day or more in advance to request this service.

After arrival, the hotel can arrange for rental car bookings at competitive rates. If you prefer to rent a car at the airport, the driving directions are very simple. You basically just follow one road:
   1. Take the main road to Reykjavik
   2. After about 35 minutes you come to a suburb of Reykjavik, Hafnarfjordur
   3. At the first roundabout (traffic circle) keep on straight
   4. At the traffic lights, keep on straight (the name of the road is now Fjardarhraun)
   5. At the second roundabout take the 2nd exit and the hotel is right there.
