4th Floor Hotel now operates both as a boutique hotel with luxurious accommodation and a budget conscious hotel with affordable rooms that offers various facilities. A luxurious and delicious breakfast is served between 07:30 - 10:00 on weekdays and 08:00 - 11:00 on weekends. The breakfast area is cosy and has room for 20 people at a time.
