The Restaurant A new restaurant at the Odinsve hotel will open in February 2008. The restaurant will have a relaxed and elegant atmosphere and be complimented by the fine Menu prepared by Executive Chef Eythor Rúnarsson, a member of the Icelandic National Team of culanary Chefs. Eythor has great passion for modern European Cusine with emphasis on seasonal and natural ingredients. A new Wine Cellar - with extensive wine selection - will also be open for special dining events.
The Odinsve hotel has hosted fine restaurants since 1963 among them the internationally known Siggi Hall Restaurant.
