"Gaia" Conference Hall Located on the ground floor with a total surface of 420 square meters, is the largest conference room of the hotel and can accommodate up to 450 persons. It has easy access from the garden for the set up of big stages or even for cars to be exhibited inside. The Foyer right outside Gaia Conference Hall can be used as coffee break, cocktail or exhibition area. During summer period, coffee breaks and cocktails can also be offered in our garden.
"Uranus" Conference Hall Located on the first floor and overlooking the sea, is ideal for smaller conferences and meetings. The total surface of Uranus Conference Room is 250 square meters and accommodates up to 150 persons.
"Helios" and "Thalassa" Executive Board meeting Rooms Seven rooms for high level meetings, 20 square meters each, located on the first floor, Upon request they can also be used as breakout room. Helios I, II, III are overlooking the garden and Thalassa I, II, III, IV have a breathtaking view of the sea. During summer period the veranda of Thalassa meeting rooms can be used for coffee breaks or standing light buffet.
