Hotel Milton is a cosy and traditional hotel in the centre of Jyväskylä, right near by the Travel Center. The most important sights, museums and the city theatre are all just within a short walk. Also the famous and vibrant walking street is only a few blocks away with its restaurants, cafés and shopping possibilities.
Hotel Milton is not part of any large chains, instead it has been for the past four decades a family-owned private hotel. This enabling the friendly and customiced service. Also the atmosphere has been carefully built to be cosy, warm and welcoming. All the rooms are decorated to be personal and comfortable.
Since the importance of well-decorated and pleasant surroundings has always been recognised in Hotel Milton a lot of effort has been put to it. Therefore most of the rooms have been renovated and re-decorated between the years 2000 and 2003. Also the public areas such the lounges and the breakfast area have been re-decorated recently. Hotel Milton has 38 rooms with the accommodation capacity of 57 beds. The rooms are all equipped with a private shower and toilet, telephone, TV/Radio and a hairdryer. All the rooms are non-smoking areas but there are also separate smoking lounges available. We have also acquired good beds and pillows to our rooms to enable you to have a good night sleep.
When you come to Hotel Milton you can be alone, with your friend or with your family all parties are welcome. Most of the rooms are single and double rooms but for families and larger groups there are also triple rooms available with the possibility of extra beds.
